NALITHUBA is an accredited education and training provider that seeks to provide a personal and professional service in the delivery of Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET), Learnerships, Skills Programmes, Life Skills and customised training materials.

Who are we?

NALITHUBA Training and Consulting is an UMALUSI accredited, 100% black female owned, adult education and training provider. Established in 2001, it seeks to eradicate unemployment and poverty in South Africa through quality education and relevant skills development.

Its CEO, Michelle Moodaley, realized the need for a quality adult education provider in one of South Africa’s most impoverished provinces, the Eastern Cape. The company has grown substantially since its establishment. It boasts a Head Office in Port Elizabeth and representatives in the other seven provinces of South Africa.

NALITHUBA is dedicated to offering clients relevant, accredited learning programmes that meet the requirements of South Africa’s Skills Development Act and other related legislation.

Core deliverables

For the past nine years, NALITHUBA’s accredited learning programmes have been extensively used across South Africa. The Company trains thousands of adult learners in diverse industries, government sponsored community projects and SETA sponsored projects. The Company’s core focus is on delivering comprehensive ABET Programmes, Learnership Fundamentals and Skills Programmes across all 23 SETA’s

We are currently accredited to deliver the full GETC qualification for CHIETA.
